Do you do ORIC and Rule Book compliance reviews?

Yes—we review your Rule Book obligations, governance practices, reporting readiness, and provide a clear action plan to lift compliance and reduce risk.

What is a “Healthy Corporation Check-up”?

It’s a structured review of governance, compliance, records, meetings, and key systems—resulting in a plain-English snapshot and priority improvements.

Can you facilitate strategic planning?

Yes—we run workshops and develop practical strategic plans with a 12-month implementation plan, owners, timelines, and simple KPIs.

Do you develop policies and procedures?

Yes—we draft, review, and improve policies, delegations, registers, and reporting frameworks to match your organisation’s needs and capacity.

Can you help with funding, tenders, and reporting?

Yes—support can include funding readiness, proposal structure, evidence and outcomes framing, and reporting templates that make acquittals easier.

Do you provide AGM and meeting support?

Yes—chairing support (where appropriate), agendas and packs, minutes and resolutions, and a clean handover of action and decision registers.

How do engagements work?

We offer project-based work, retainers, and hourly support—depending on what you need, how fast you need it, and your internal capacity.

Do you work remotely or travel to community?

Yes—delivery can be on Country, remote, or hybrid, and we plan travel and scheduling around community priorities and cultural protocols.

Do you provide legal advice?

No—our work is governance and advisory support; if legal advice is needed, we’ll recommend you seek independent legal counsel.
